The LHC-07Ak Above Knee Kit is a premium modular system designed for transfemoral amputees who require a high level of stance stability. The centerpiece of this kit is the Polycentric (Four Bar) Knee Joint, which features a ‘Both Side Pyramid’ interface for maximum alignment flexibility. This four-bar linkage system provides a geometric lock during weight-bearing, significantly reducing the risk of involuntary knee buckling while allowing for a smooth and natural swing phase.

This kit is supplied with a 400mm Aluminium pylon, a three-prong socket adapter for secure socket attachment, and all necessary modular adapters for foot connection. The use of Stainless Steel for the primary joints and Aluminium for the pylon ensures a lightweight yet highly durable prosthesis rated for loads up to 110kg.
